About the factory
Several years ago, in the process of transformations, LLC “Testing Instruments Plant”, abbreviated name of LLC “ZIP”, was created and successfully operates on the basis of OJSC “Tochpribor”. The main activity of the enterprise is the development and production of testing equipment: machines and devices for physical and mechanical testing of all types of materials (metals, plastics, composites, textiles, building materials) and products (metal, pipes, springs, machine parts and mechanisms). Such tests are necessary for quality control and product certification. Today, our company is the main manufacturer of testing equipment with a full production cycle (from the development of designs to the manufacture of the finished product). The products of ZIP LLC are not inferior in terms of basic characteristics to the products of such well-known companies as Zwick, Instron, etc.
LLC "ZIP" produces about 80 items of testing machines and devices, which can be combined into the following main groups:

1. Tensile and universal machines with applicable loads up to 500kN.
2. Hammers for impact tests with energies up to 500J.
3. Hardness testers of all types (Brinell, Rockwell, Super Rockwell, Vickers, Shore).
4. Reference hardness measures (MTB, MTV, MTR, MTSR, MTV).
5. Machines for technological testing (stampability, brittleness of polymers, spring testing).

I draw your attention to the fact that recently there have been frequent cases of the appearance of counterfeit devices on the market, as well as individual organizations positioning themselves on their websites as manufacturers of testing equipment, which is actually developed and can only be produced at our factory. Zip LLC did not grant anyone the rights to manufacture the equipment presented on this site. All cases of the investigation showed that the devices of previous years of production, decommissioned according to the criteria of the limit state or end of life, after the "cosmetic" repair and registration of fake passports were offered to customers at fairly low prices. Such products can only be restored or released illegally.
