Repair and modernization services

LLC “Plant of Testing Instruments” is a developer and manufacturer of all test equipment presented on our website.
Under an additional contract, qualified specialists of the enterprise can carry out supervision work (commissioning and training of consumer personnel) of new testing equipment.

The company provides the following services:
- service warranty and post-warranty service;
- maintenance and overhaul of previously used test equipment of our own production;
- modernization of physically and technically obsolete equipment of own production at the request of the Customer and in accordance with the technical specifications provided in order to improve technical and metrological characteristics with access to a PC.
The presence of a computer control system for measuring and processing results provides the following advantages over the old generation test equipment:

• testing according to the required method in automatic mode;
• automatic processing of test results with their presentation in the form of protocols and test schedules;
• display of all current measured values ​​and diagrams of the test process on the monitor in real time;
• automatic test stop when the sample is destroyed or the specified conditions are met;
• automatic maintenance of the loading speed with high accuracy, providing more reliable results and their repeatability.

When performing equipment modernization works, revision of mechanical components is carried out, if necessary - painting and galvanic treatment of the required parts, checking and adjusting the technical condition and metrology, installing a new control and measurement system with a personal computer (laptop) and appropriate software, as well as calibration or verification.
