The machine is universal, designed to test friction, antifriction and lubricants for friction and wear in a wide range of modes.
A large set of interchangeable devices allows you to quickly rebuild the machine for various test circuits that simulate the operation of tribological couplings in friction units.
Test schemes are provided: During rotation: -thumb drive (Kvz=0), - ring-ring (Kvz=1, frictional heat resistance), - sleeve-shaft, - disk-block (brake).
When swinging: - disk-block, - sleeve-shaft, - shaft-tube (vibration wear). When reciprocating: finger pin (linear contact).The drive of the machine is electromechanical with smooth speed control. The friction moment meter is electromechanical. The samples are clamped pneumatically (from the mains or from the cylinder), the measurement of the clamping force is gauge. Cooling - water (from the water supply). Programming test modes is possible.
In the process of testing, the friction moment, clamping force, temperature, speed, friction path are measured. Possible access to a computer. The machine is mounted on vibration mounts; a special foundation is not required.
