TV 5214A Tochline

Vickers hardness tester

The Vickers hardness tester TV 5214A Tochline is designed to measure the hardness of metals and alloys according to the Vickers method according to GOST R 8.695-2009 (ISO 6507-1: 2005),
GOST 2999-75

The hardness tester (hardness tester) according to the Vickers method of TV 5214A with low loads, with an automatic load monitoring system, an electromechanical drive, an optical measurement system and an automatic turret is a stationary measuring device consisting of a load application system and a measuring unit.

The principle of operation of the hardness tester is based on the static indentation of the diamond pyramidal tip with subsequent measurement of the lengths of the diagonals of the reconstructed print.
The hardness tester has a digital indicator in the form of a liquid crystal display and contains a microprocessor.
Load control - automatic (loading / pause / unloading)
When measured according to the Vickers method, the device load application system provides 49.0 load application; 98.0; 196; 294; 392.3; 490; 588.4; 784.5; 980; 1177 N
The design of the hardness tester is reliably protected from unauthorized access, adjustment of factory settings and software.
The hardness tester TV 5214A is equipped with a high-precision strain gauge sensor.
Special software for the built-in microprocessor of the hardness tester software is used to enter the initial parameters and start the load application cycle, record, store and statistically process the measurement results and display them on the digital liquid crystal display.

Features of the digital-to-digital unit:
• Interactive work;
• Hardness scale selection;
• Setting the exposure time under load;
• Display of loading process and holding time;
• Statistical processing of a series of measurements;
• Saving results in the memory of CB;
• Auto-tuning (calibration) according to standard measures of hardness and dynamometers;
• Sensory control;
• Multi-user interface;
• Saving Results to a USB Flash Drive.
• Semi-automatic optical system for measuring the size of the print according to the Vickers methods with automatic data transfer and obtaining hardness on the display.
