Brinell hardness tester
The Brinell hardness tester TB 5015-01C is designed to measure the hardness of metals and alloys according to the Brinell method.
The instrument for measuring hardness (hardness tester) according to the Brinell method of TB 5015-01C according to GOST 9012 with an electromechanical drive and an electronic load control system is a stationary measuring tool. Principle of operation - Automatic loading process. - The device has an electromechanical drive with a motor, providing a smooth exit to the main load, its maintenance for a given time and removal. The presence of a force sensor with feedback, for accurate task and maintenance of the test load, the absence of suspended loads. - The test load is selected on the control panel of the electronic digital unit (hereinafter referred to as the Central Bank). Squeezing of the sample is carried out manually by turning the lifting screw. - The task, endurance and removal of the main loads are displayed on the control panel of the Central Bank in automatic mode. - The design of the device will allow testing samples up to 200 mm high.
Features of the digital-to-digital unit:
• Interactive work;
• Test load selection;
• Setting the exposure time under load;
• Display of loading and holding process;
• Ergonomic management.
