Rockwell and Super Rockwell Hardness Tester
Hardness gage TPC 5019MS is designed to measure the hardness of metals and alloys according to the Rockwell and Super-Rockwell methods in accordance with GOST 9013-59 and GOST 22975-78
The TPC 5019MS hardness tester is a stationary measuring instrument consisting of a load application system and a measuring unit. The principle of operation of the hardness tester is based on the static indentation of a diamond or ball tip into a sample with subsequent measurement of the penetration depth of the tip. When measured using the Rockwell and Super Rockwell methods, the load application system provides the application of preload and three main loads. The loading system is mounted in the device body, the loads are isolated from the possibility of dust and dirt. The device is non-volatile, does not require electrical power.
The TPC 5019MS hardness tester is equipped with a dial measuring scale designed to control the preload and display the results of hardness measurements.
