TB 5015A Tochline

Brinell hardness tester

The Brinell hardness tester TB 5015A is designed to measure the hardness of metals and alloys according to the Brinell method.

Hardness tester (hardness tester) according to the Brinell method of TB 5015A according to GOST 9012 with an electromechanical drive, an automatic load control system, an integrated optical system and an automatic turret.

Principle of operation:
- Automatic loading process.
- The device has an electromechanical drive with a motor, providing a smooth exit to the main load, its maintenance for a given time and removal. The presence of a force sensor with feedback, for accurate task and maintenance of the test load, the absence of suspended loads.
- The test load is selected on the control panel of the electronic digital unit (hereinafter referred to as the Central Bank). Squeezing of the sample is carried out manually by turning the lifting screw.
- The task, endurance and removal of the main loads on the panel of the control panel of CB occur in automatic mode.
- The design of the device will allow testing samples up to 220 mm high.
- The imprint diameter is measured by a semi-automatic high-precision optical system.

Features of the digital-to-digital unit:
• Interactive work;
• Test load selection;
• Setting the exposure time under load;
• Loading and aging display;
• Sorting into hardness groups LESS, NORMAL, MORE;
• Statistical processing of a series of measurements;
• Saving results in the memory of CB;
• Auto-tuning (calibration) according to standard measures of hardness and reference dynamometers;
• Conversion of hardness values to other scales and methods;
• Sensory control;
• Multi-user interface;
• Saving results to a USB Flash Drive.
